Go to county court house, deeds and ***.es, to start paper work. IF you hold a ‘Deed of trust” on the land, you can get the land cleared quickly. YOu will have to go to the DMV for the default on the trailer..that can happen very quickly. Land and real estate take longer. I suggest moving very quickly, for the damage to your ‘home’ can be substantial, and in ***?ct, could total the trailer. ****?d luck

in pa very complicated process have to reduce your lien to a judgment and enforce the judgment and have the sheriff execute on it.

sometimes there are different rules for mobile homes.

maybe you can get answers from the court house or hire an attorney.

Best advice: Get a lawyer! If you don’t do this exactly right you’ll be in a world of sh*t.
