What course do I need to take to have some one removed from a house.
They refuse to pay anything. They filed bankruptcy ****? still did not pay their debts and were dropped. I have received nothing this year. The other problem is we do not own the deed out right and the deed owner ***?ems to have given up altogether.

you have to go to the courthouse and file an eviction notice signed by a judge. then you have to have them ***?rved and give them 30 days to vacate. if at the 30 days they have not left you have the local sheriffs department go to the house and they will throw everything out of the house onto the sidewalk.after that they are no longer your problem. if they do not immediately remove their stuff and it gets stolen you cannot be held liable for it. it is their ***?ult. if they take you to court and you have followed all the rules for eviction they will not win.
