I put an ad on Craigslist ****?ting to rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Missouri, because I live in Los Angeles, and someone from a finance company responded with an offer to owner/finance a home in the specific area I was looking for $650. a month. I emailed him back that I might be interested ****? never heard back from him.

For those of you who know the real estate business, would this be a legitimate offer or some kind of ****?m?
