my husband and I are looking for a lease/rent to own, or contract for deed program that will allow us to *****? out the home and then allow us to finance it through them. Alot of lease/rent to own programs out there already have homes they are willing to owner finance, I have heard of a company that will let you *****? the house, then they will owner finance it for you. Can anyone help??
