I am ***?lling an ATV for $3,000.00 to a friend. Though I trust him, I ****?t the law on my side in case of any default on his part. I need to know what needs to be in the contract to be legally binding.
purchased a home and the finance company says i can not ***?ll ***? owner finance although the wording in the contract makes no mention of not allowing reselling by me the owner… is this a devious play to get me to let the doublewide go and loose my investment of app 4000$ust ?they woulkd rather take it back and resell it themselves and make another 4000 dollar downpayment on the same used home…. what gives here ? can i owner finance and /or take over payments method of ***?lling the home i now own…….? any experienced oppinions will be welcome thanks
We have an owner financing contract that was executed nearly 2 years ago. Our ****?ents were required to pay the taxes for the property. They neglected to do so in 2005 and 2006. Therefore, our lenders implemented an escrow account for the amount owed. This increased their payments. They decided to move out, break their agreement, and leave us with the payments until we can get it sold. What can we do to ***?nalize them and possibly get our money back?
