I need complete details of which is better and how they work
1) rent to own… is there a down payment required and if so how much is the going rate ?
2) owner finance…..can the purchaser take out a lean on the property and you get stuck with the lean provided they default?
If you have any knowledge please give me all the details you can. I am really trying to decide what is best for us.
